Modulation in Electric Conduction of PVK and Ferrocene-Doped PVK Thin Films

In this article, the dielectric properties of poly (9-vinylcarbazole) (PVK) and ferrocene-doped PVK thin films are studied. The were grown by isothermal solution casting technique. Dielectric studied as function ferrocene concentration, frequency, temperature. relative permittivity (ε′) is increased with increasing percentage (~1%) due to free charge carriers. decreases for higher (~2%). However, samples remains almost constant temperature range (313–413 K). frequency dependence tan δ all parameter exhibits dispersion behavior, which suggests types polarization present in lower range. loss tangent (tanδ) values larger at temperatures low region. different similar high It observed that maximum, minimum, AC conductivity minimum 1% doped compared pure 2% samples.
